When the temperature and working pressure of 1/4 pneumatic tubing exceed the normal range, a series of problems may occur. For situations where the temperature is too high, the hose may become very fragile, losing its original elasticity, leading to cracking or fracture. If the PU hose is found to be deformed or cracked due to overheating during use, please immediately stop using and replace the hose to avoid more serious consequences. For situations exceeding the maximum working pressure, high pressure will generate squeezing pressure inside the hose, causing wear and deformation of the inner wall of the hose. This will cause the hose to lose elasticity and sealing, shorten its service life, and affect the normal operation of the system.
